Returns and Refunds
Change of mind returns
If you are a customer in the United Kingdom or another territory where similar consumer rights apply, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
Returns are free for UK customers. Once your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label by email.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- be unworn and unused
- be in its original condition
- have all original tags attached
- not be damaged, stained, washed, altered, or marked
For hygiene and product integrity reasons, we may refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
To request a return, email us at within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with your prepaid return label and instructions.
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us at as soon as possible and include:
- your order number
- a short description of the issue
- clear photographs where relevant
If the item is confirmed as faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we will offer an appropriate remedy, which may include a refund, replacement, or exchange.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be made to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Original shipping charges are only refunded where required by law or where the item was faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns on:
- gift cards
- personalised or custom items
- any item clearly marked as final sale
- any item returned in a used or unsellable condition
